How long does it usually take to ship an item?

We have a 24-to-48 hour shipping policy for any item in stock. For next-day shipping, we ask that customers place their order by 3 p.m.

While Preston Hardware has no clinics scheduled as such, our staff applies its vast product knowledge on a daily basis. Some members of our seasoned staff bring 15 and 20 years of experience to the table, leaving few if any client questions unanswered.

Preston Hardware accepts cheques, contingent on the customer providing proper identification.

What is Preston Hardware’s refund policy?

Preston Hardware will refund the money for any product, provided the customer is able to produce a receipt or proof of purchase.

What is Preston Hardware’s raincheck policy?

For advertised specials that are no longer in stock, Preston Hardware asks that the customer pay 50% up front and the remaining 50% upon picking up the product when it arrives.

Do you ship C.O.D.?
|

We provide free shipping within the Ottawa region (east-west from Kanata to Orleans and north-south from Gatineau to Manotick). There is a minimal charge for delivery outside this area. Payment is by cash or cheque.
