Price Match Guarantee
  Is the price of a product offered at a competitor lower than the price of the identical product at Preston Hardware? Upon presentation of satisfactory proof and while respecting certain conditions, we will meet the competitor’s price.

To benefit from our policy, you must show:
1. The product is available at a lower price at a competing (brick & mortar) store located within a 25 km radius of Preston Hardware.
2. The competitor has the product in stock at the time you want to benefit from our lowest price guarantee.
3. The product is of the same brand and model as the product offered at Preston Hardware.
4. The price offered by our competition is for a new item which remains in its original packaging. It cannot be a reconditioned, used, damaged, returned, open-box or a demonstrator product.
Our lowest price guarantee does not apply to:
1. Special Order products.
2. Competitors that only do business on-line.
3. Prices reduced as a result of the use of rain checks, coupons, manufacturer rebates.
4. Category or store wide special discount.
5. Price errors in advertising.
6. Liquidation, clearance (end of season) or end of business sales.
7. Quotes and bids.
8. Gift cards, free offers and gifts with purchase.
9. Black Friday, Father’s Day, or a post-Christmas Sale.
10. Warehouse clubs that charge membership fees.
The lowest price guarantee cannot be combined with any other offer.  The terms of our lowest price guarantee are subject to change without notice.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.
I have a question on my charges.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
